Alfa-Bank in cooperation with MasterCard started the production of AlfaPay wristwatches with inbuilt debit card with PayPass technology. This news was announced by Bank representatives.

AlfaPay watches allow paying for purchases in terminals supporting PayPass. Operations not exceeding thousand rubles will not require PIN or signature confirmation, as was noted in the Alfa-Bank.

Watch with a chip for contactless payment was designed by the Austrian company watch2pay. They are available in black and white.

Along with a watch user gets a smart-card which is installed on the device – it has a card number and CVC-code that you can use to make purchases over the Internet. Watch with a card can be linked to any existing account of the Alfa-Bank.

To order a device the customer is required to have “Optimum”, “Comfort”, “Maximum” or “A-Club” service package. The set is being made for five days, then you can receive it in the department. Watch and a card cost 5000 rubles.
